Step 3 – Configure your Shelves

MDF shelves offer a robust shelving solution for your Rack It System and can also be used to create a work bench.

MDF shelves are available in 897, 1197and 1497mm widths and 397 and 497mm depths. To find the correct size, configure your shelves to match the width of your Beams and depth of your Rack It 400kg system.

This 897x397mm MDF Shelf is specifically designed for use with 949 and 1841mm (requires 2 per shelf) Beams and 430mm depth Rack It 400KG systems. For 530mm depth systems, 497mm depth MDF Shelves are required.

To install, just place the MDF Shelf into your already installed Beams and Braces to complete your robust 400kg weight loading Shelves.

SAFETY

To ensure weight load capacity and shelf integrity this product must be used with the appropriate Shelf Support Braces.
MDF is designed for general purpose interior use only.
It is not suitable for outdoor use or areas where wetting or high humidity and moisture conditions are likely.
To further protect against surface mould that may disfigure the surface appearance, it is recommended to apply brush-on preservatives or a coat of paint.
